WHAT WE DO
We rescue inclusive orphans and vulnerable population from the streets, dumpsites and other neglected individuals.
This is done through daily visits to the streets and recruitment exercises done by the volunteers, social workers under the leadership of Mr. Peter Ndiboe .All rescued persons including children and youths are admitted into both private and public (Government) placement homes and care centers including Zero Street Rescue Centers from time to time as the capacity allows.
The inclusive majority of the street and dumpsite rescued population are drug and substance addicts and therefore they urgently and critically need rehabilitation efforts in place for them to reform back to normalcy and assume productive positions in the society.
To attain sustainability of the projects activities Zero street ensures majority of the service givers and volunteers are drawn from the reformed and program beneficiaries.(Giving back to society)
